Submit before boarding. If dormer, make dorm manager sign - one waiver for all dormers. If not signed by parent, guardian or dorm manager, batch adviser will sign. MAKE SURE REPLY SLIP IS SUBMITTED before making someone other than parent or guardian sign the waiver.

Cadet Form


OJ: Batch 2012, one member in your class has been given a note and a copy of the Cadet Form for next year. Additional notes: Only black ink should be used & you should put your whole name in both the left side and the right side. Even Medic applicants will have to fill up the form. You may submit your forms on Monday or next year. If you will submit it on Monday, there is no need for a 1x1 picture. For next year, the picture you should put there should be recent (over the summer taken) & dapat red yung background. Thank you.-gm-

PRE-ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
for B2012, B2013 & B2014
for SY 2011-2012
I. Photo Session for School ID
a. All students must come well-groomed and in proper uniform. Males must be in proper haircut (2” x 3”) and Females sporting long hair should tie their hair.
b. The photo session for the new school ID shall be according to the set schedule shown below. The ID must be worn starting June 1, 2011.
c. If any student misses his/her schedule, he/she will be accommodated only on June 1, 2011 onwards. Each day of non-wearing of the ID shall be one non-compliance.
d. Venue shall be at the 2nd Flr Seminar Room.
II. Pre-Enrolment Schedule

a. The Student Directory must be downloaded from this site (click here). Print three (3)copies and fill out completely. (Please print the form on 8-1/2” x 13” long white paper.)

The final BaCon has been scheduled for tomorrow, after the CEM examinations. Part of the agenda are the outbound orientation and career fair sign-ups. Attendance is mandatory.

All frog dissections scheduled for tomorrow are moved to Wednesday, March 16.

All concerns should be directed to your presidents, who will forward it to the Council.

Field Trip Shiz

Guys, for the field trip sabi ni sir nat, we should be wearing jogging pants/jeans tapos shirt (better if batch shirt).


Bring extra clothes because there is a pretty good chance there will be wading/we will get wet.

Baka mainit so bring an umbrella :> *hint hint* (joke lang =)))

Also, rappelling will be free, although you will need to have a waiver/parent's consent to be allowed to join. (And this may or may not push through depending on the time constraints. so kung natuloy man, i suggest you line up kaagad.)

Gud pm! After our very successful concert last night (aww yeah. \m/) , i have decided to EXEMPT EVERYONE from taking the clearance exam. Please be reminded that you are all REQUIRED to take the CEM Exam on Monday 8am-1pm. Those who are absent, latecomers, and those who will not take the exam seriously will take the exam seriously will take the Clearance exam UNLESS there is a valid excuse. Have a nice weekend!

frog dissection

Frog Dissection

We’re having this on the Tuesday (Mar 15th) after the Perio.

  • Cs will do it at 730-830AM,
  • Li at 830-930AM,
  • Mg at 930-1030AM,
  • Na at 1030-1130AM.

Let me know if you have problems with the schedule.

Per group, kindly prepare:

  • 1 live frog or toad (can be obtained from UP NSRI @ around PhP50-70/frog) — please submit these to me on the morning of dissection day
  • gloves (if you’re squeamish)
  • soap
  • alcohol

As part of the prelab activity, please check out this virtual frog dissection link that will show you how it’s done. You can download the prelab sheet and procedure here. If you have any ethical or personal concerns regarding any part of frog dissection: the use of live frogs, pithing (see second definition), etc., please leave a comment so we can plan around them.

FAIR BOOTH!

Name: Nobody, Nobody But You! (Karaoke Booth)
Description: The booth will be a singing-showdown catcher booth. Sort of American Idol style with 3 judges (can be less), and 2 captured "contestants" who will sing a song picked by the judges. The judges will score the contestants on their singing (be impartial please, judges) and the contestant with a higher score goes free. The loser shall get flushed (dumped on with water), or he can ask for another chance against a different contestant. If he loses again, he gets a worse punishment (flour with water).
Size/Area: Somewhere with a plug for speakers. But near-ish the oval since basaaan.
Materials: 2-3 microphones, speakers, buckets, laptop, FLOUR.
Budget: We will try to borrow from the class to minimize money loss.
Pricing: Contestants can pay P50 to bail from singing. (AFTER SINGING, BAIL IS STILL ALLOWED. BUT IS RAISED TO P100. )
People in the audience can pay P20 to request a song for the contestants to sing.
People can request catches for P50.
Promotion: we have posters na! (c/o bianchi)
